Fundamental instruction of lifeguarding training skills based on the American Red Cross Lifeguard program and preparation to become a certified Red Cross Lifeguard.
Recommended Preparation: Students must pass a swim test BEFORE being allowed to participate in the course. Complete a swim-tread-swim sequence without stopping to rest and timed event within 1 minute, 40 seconds.
